Heritage Senior Living (“Heritage,” “we,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to clear, secure, and efficient internal communication.
This document outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected, and by using our SMS notification service,
you agree to the following policy and terms.

1. Information Collected
We collect and store the following personal information explicitly to provide SMS notifications:

2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Deliver timely internal notifications—including shift information, scheduling, emergency communications, and general staff updates.

Your data is used solely for these internal purposes and is never shared or sold externally.
3. Information Security & Retention
We employ strict security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel. We retain your personal information only for as long as you are actively

5. Consent & Communication Terms
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding internal notifications, updates, shift information,
